Carlo Graziani-Walter (Brussels, 1851 – Florence, 1927) was a prominent pianist, mandolinist, and composer, known for his extensive musical output dedicated to the mandolin, plucked instruments, and of course, the piano. His work predominantly comprises chamber music and pieces for small orchestras, authentic expressions of late European Romanticism. Thanks to his strong relationships with the upper bourgeoisie and the Central European and Italian nobility, many of his compositions drew inspiration from personal friendships, often accompanied by specific dedications to his patrons and friends.
