Emanuel Siprutini (born c. 1730 in the Netherlands; died c. 1790 in London) was a classical cellist and composer.
According to Carl Ferdinand Pohl (1819–1887), Emanuel Siprutini was the son of Jewish parents. After traveling through Italy and Spain, he settled in London, where he made his first appearance on 27 February 1756. According to Otto Jahn, who mistakenly gave Siprutini's name, Leopold Mozart made many efforts to convert Siprutini to Catholicism during his stay in London in 1764. Many of his performances are documented in the 1770s. Among his students was John Crosdill (1751–1825).
