1.Acceptance of orders
The order made by the customer is subject to the express acceptance of Massimo Corvino Consulting. Acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the address provided by the customer together with the information provided by the Law on distance contracts (art. 4 D.lgs. n.185/99). The orders you send us, will be binding for us only if you receive our confirmation by email that the entire order process has been completed regularly, payment has been authorized and the products are available.
Please print the email and keep it, as it contains all the elements and conditions of this contract.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us via order@referencemusicstore.com. The products and services are provided under the conditions set out in these general conditions with the exclusion of any other terms or conditions imposed by the Customer.
Any variation or modification of these general conditions must be accepted in writing by Massimo Corvino Consulting.
2. Right of withdrawal
Purchases on the Referencemusicstore.it website, as well as all purchases made outside the commercial premises, are governed by the provisions relating to consumer protection in the field of distance contracts.
It applies, therefore, the discipline dictated by D. lgs. May 22, 1999, n. 185 (hereinafter the "Law"), which provides for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedures provided for by Article 5 of the Law.
By consumer means, pursuant to article 1, paragraph 1 letter a) of the Law, the "natural persons acting for purposes not related to the professional activity possibly carried out".
Only they are allowed to exercise the right of withdrawal, remaining excluded the subjects who, in any way, buy to resell to third parties.
The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to return the purchased goods by obtaining a refund of the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 working days of receipt of the goods by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to:

Such communication may be sent, within 10 days of receipt of the goods, by telegram or e-mail provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.
The consumer must return the goods by sending them to Massimo Corvino Consutling Via Kennedy, 44 - 35034 Lozzo Atestino (PD) within 10 days of sending the communication with which he exercised the right of withdrawal.
The consumer must return the goods in the same conditions in which he received it, with the original packaging and any manuals/ booklets, without any lack, defect or opening thereof.
The consumer shall ensure that the goods, the original wrappings and any manuals are placed in appropriate protective wrappings in such a way that they are protected against damage, the affixing of inscriptions or labels.
The costs and risks of carriage relating to the return of the goods shall be borne exclusively by the consumer.
You have the right to make the withdrawal only in the case of PRODUCTS UNUSED AND COMPLETELY INTACT, ie properly sealed.
Otherwise it will not be possible to exercise it.
Only the date of the postmark shall be valid for the above terms.
If the procedure for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is respected by the consumer, Massimo Corvino Consutling will, within 30 working days of receiving the communication with which you exercise the right of withdrawal, to refund the consumer the amount paid, excluding any shipping costs, according to the methods requested by the consumer.

3. Payment & Shipping Terms
Massimo Corvino Consulting sends its articles through Poste Italiane and any other express courier deemed from time to time more appropriate.

2 - Credit card
Payment can also be made by credit card, following the instructions of the order process. Credit card details are processed exclusively by PayPal and Stripe for the verifications necessary to authorize online payment.
Reference Music Store , therefore, will not have access to the data relating to credit cards, but will only manage the data of the buyer (name, surname, address...) necessary to send the products to his home.

The only payment method accepted abroad is by credit card via PayPal or Stripe.

Failure to deliver the products in a short time will not entail any liability.
