I tried to empathize with her, with her almost sudden hearing loss and all that ensued in her life. I composed the piece \"Sounds Of The Night\" for solo piano, thinking of a music of the night (A Nocturne) with its muffled, slow, distant, confused sounds. From there I composed 11 more, incorporating a synthesizer sound as external sounds, always inherent to the night. The album is therefore composed of a main piano solo piece (Che verrà alla fine), 11 piano and synthesizer pieces, a sort of metamorphosis of the various nights that inexorably pass.
