• The centerpiece, "Dove dimora la luce," is a thoughtfully structured melologo in eleven evocative sections, each named after elements like Water, Flowers, Trees, Love, and Meditations—inviting listeners into a reflective and meditative listening experience that captures the essence of these themes through both poetry and delicate instrumental interplay.
• This album isn’t just a solo effort: it features outstanding musicianship from a diverse ensemble including flutes, clarinet basso, violin, viola, piano, saxophone, and accordion, all of which combine to create a rich sonic palette. Such varied instrumentation brings a refreshing diversity, enabling listeners to appreciate chamber music’s intimate nuances.
• Alongside the melologo, the album includes additional captivating pieces such as “A outrance II” for flute and viola, “Il volo del pettirosso” for violin and piano, “Figure in movimento su sfondo bruno” for alto saxophone and accordion, and the profound “Sonata Quai Jair” for viola and piano. Each composition showcases unique instrumental dialogues and innovative modern classical craftsmanship.
• The lyrical poetry performed by Marco Marangoni and voice actress Caterina Maria Carlini adds a deeply human and narrative layer to the project, crafting a seamless synergy between spoken word and music. This makes the album a rare blend that appeals to those who cherish both literary artistry and avant-garde music.
• High-quality audio formats (CD and 44.1 kHz/16bit digital files) ensure that every subtle detail—from the delicate flute passages to the resonant accordion tones—is captured with clarity, allowing an immersive listening experience whether at home or on the go.
